In order to provide you with the best possible service, we would like to state the following relevant to our hours, procedures, etc.

open weekdays from 9am to 5pm and closed 12pm to 1pm for the noon lunch hour. 

MAILING ADDRESS  - We prefer for our mail to be sent to:    Post Office Box 46, Aurora, IL 60507-0046

OUR LOCATION - Our address is 540 W. Galena, Aurora, IL 60506.  Click here for a map. 
      If you are planning to visit us, we do appreciate you making a prior appointment. 

PAYMENTS -- We DO NOT accept payments for assessments at our office or over the phone.  

Mail your association payments to the bank's lockbox at:  Old Second Bank, PO Box 2164, Aurora, IL  60507. 

ABOUT VOICE MAIL - We do employ voice mail and return phone calls in the order we receive them based on their priority. 


We employ an excellent Emergency answering service. For emergencies during business hours call us at 630-897-0500.
For emergencies after hours, call 630-566-2900. We attempt to call everyone back to advise them that we have received their message, but it is impossible to call back everyone during severe weather conditions. If you are not called back after a reasonable time, feel free to place a follow-up phone call to our office number.
