In order to provide you with the best possible service, we would like to state the following relevant to our hours, procedures, etc.


Baum Property Management is open every weekday from 9am to 5pm and closed 12pm to 1pm for the noon lunch hour. For best service...

We receive approximately half of all our phone calls for the entire day between the peak periods of 9am to 10 am and 4pm to 5pm. To devote the most time to your phone call, it is wise to call during a non-peak period.  For information regarding closing documents, please click on the RESALE DOCUMENTS tab on our web page. 


We prefer for our mail to be sent to our Post Office Box 46, Aurora, IL 60507-0046


Our address is 540 W. Galena, Aurora, IL 60506.  Click here for a map.  If you are planning to visit us, we do appreciate your prior appointment. We DO NOT accept payments for assessments at our office.

We do employ voice mail and return phone calls in the order we receive them based on their priority. For calls that need immediate attention, we ask that you do not leave a voice mail message but call during business hours for the 'personal touch'.


We employ an excellent 24 hour answering service. For emergencies, call 630-566-2900. We attempt to call everyone back to advise them that we have received their message, but it is impossible to call back everyone during severe weather conditions. If you are not called back after a reasonable time, feel free to place a follow-up phone call.
